JAKARTA, Korel.co.id — Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menyita uang ratusan juta dalam pecahan rupiah dan dolar Amerika dari ruang kerja Menteri Agama (Menag), Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, di Jakarta, Senin 18 Maret 2019.
Terkait dengan hal tersebut, Pihak Kementerian Agama, menegaskan pihaknya menghormati kewenangan KPK terkait penggeledahan.
Sekjen Kemenag Nur Kholis Setiawan kepada wartawan, Senin 18 Maret 2019 menjelaskan, pihaknya mendampingi para penyidik KPK melakukan pembukaan segel. Tim KPK dalam penggeledahan juga mencari dokumen-dokumen yang diduga terkait kasus dugaan suap jual-beli jabatan dengan tersangka Romahurmuziy dan dua pejabat wilayah Kemenag.
“(Soal penyitaan uang), itu sudah ranah KPK. Jadi kami tidak bisa berkomentar, karena tugas kami adalah mendampingi para penyidik KPK tadi untuk melakukan pembukaan segel, kemudian juga melakukan pemeriksaan,” ujar Nur Kholisdi kantornya, Jalan Lapangan Banteng, Jakarta Pusat, Senin 18 Maret 2019.
“Kemudian di akhir tadi kita juga menandatangani berita acara. Istilah yang dipakai berita acara penyitaan dokumen KPK,” tambahnya.
Uang yang disita oleh KPK, menurut Juru Bicara KPK, Febri Diansyah, bernilai ratusan juta rupiah dengan bentuk pecahan rupiah dan dolar.
Selain uang, penyidik dari KPK, juga menyita sejumlah dokumen penting dari ruang kerja Lukman Hakim, Sekjen Kemenag Nur Kholis Setiawan, dan ruang Kepala Biro Kepegawaian. Salah satunya, dokumen terkait proses seleksi kepegawaian di Kemenag.
“Diamankan juga dokumen-dokumen terkait hukuman disiplin yang diberikan kepada salah satu tersangka HRS (Haris Hasanuddin) yang kemudian dipilih sebagai kepala Kanwil (Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama) di Jawa Timur,” ujarnya, di Kantor KPK, Senin 18 Maret 2019.
Sementara itu, tambah Febri, dari ruang kerja Romi di Kantor Pusat Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP), Bendahara PPP, dan Administrasi PPP, penyidik menyita dokumen kepengurusan partai.
“Di Kantor DPP PPP diamankan dokumen-dokumen terkait dengan posisi RMY (Romi) di PPP,” kata Febri.
KPK menetapkan Romi, sebagai tersangka kasus suap jual beli jabatan di Kemenag. Romi diduga menerima suap dari Kepala Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Gresik, Muhammad Muafaq Wirahadi (MFQ); dan Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kemenag Jawa Timur, Haris Hasanuddin (HRS).
Suap diberikan agar Romi mengatur proses seleksi jabatan di Kemenag untuk kedua orang tersebut. Muafaq Wirahadi dan Haris Hasanuddin diduga menghubungi Romi untuk mengurus proses seleksi jabatan di Kemenag.
Dijelaskan Febri, akibat perbuatannya, Romi selaku penerima suap disangkakan melanggar Pasal 12 huruf a atau b ayat (1) atau Pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999, sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Sedangkan, untuk dua lainnya (Muafaq Wirahadi dan Haris Hasanuddin) selaku pemberi suap dijerat dengan Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a atau b atau Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999, sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Terhadap Muafaq, KPK mengenakan Juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. (dtc/lps)
