Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Jl. R. Imba Kusuma Kelurahan Imopuro. Selasa, 24 September 2019.


Ketua Dharma Wanita Budi Wati Sani Nasir dalam sambutannya menyampaikan Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan Program Kerja Bidang Pendidikan Dharma Wanita Persatuan Kota Metro untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus dan anggota Dharma Wanita Persatuan se-Kota Metro untuk mengoptimalisasikan potensi Dharma Wanita Persatuan untuk suksesnya Pembangunan Nasional. “Tanpa adanya dukungan dari semua pengurus dan anggotanya , semoga kedepannya Dharma Wanita Persatuan akan lebih maju dan berinovasi lagi.” ujarnya.

Tema peringatan HUT Dharma Wanita kali ini adalah “Kita Tingkatkan Peran Perempuan Sebagai Penggerak Ekonomi Bangsa”. Acara juga diisi dengan kegiatan ibu-ibu yang membuat kerajinan batik Eco Print yang memanfaatkan tumbuh-tumbuhan dari alam, sehingga lebih ramah lingkungan.
